What to expect

Lock your answers
Tick the option to flatten the form, so the answers can't be changed later.
Forms without fields
A scanned or flat form has no fields to list. Use Edit PDF to type on it instead.
Before you submit a form
- Open the download and read it through.

- Lock the answers when you've finished, so the form can't be changed by accident.

The names beside each box on this page come from the form's maker, and they aren't always clear. Fill in one field, download the file and open it to see where the answer went. Your original form doesn't change, so you can start again.
Fillable form or flat form?
Open the PDF in your browser and try clicking a blank line. If you can type in it, it's a fillable form, and this tool will list its fields. If you can't, it's a flat form or a scan, so use Edit PDF to place text on it by pressing where each answer goes.
